Bir liman hizmet firması için en değerli bilgi basit bir sorunun cevabıdır: hangi gemi, ne zaman limana geliyor? Bu soruyu saatlerce liman sitelerinde ya da acente listelerinde aramak yerine, biz veriyi doğrudan denizin kendisinden alıyoruz.
AIS nedir?
AIS (Automatic Identification System), belirli boyutun üzerindeki gemilerin konum, hız, rota ve kimlik bilgilerini sürekli yayınladığı uluslararası bir sistemdir. Bu yayınlar kamuya açık deniz trafiği verisidir; biz bunları toplayıp anlamlı hale getiriyoruz.
Nasıl tarıyoruz?
Türk limanlarını ve yaklaşma koridorlarını 50 deniz mili yarıçapta saatlik tarıyoruz. Yalnızca ticari gemilerle ilgileniyoruz; balıkçı teknesi ya da hizmet botu değil, sizin müşteriniz olabilecek yük gemileri, tankerler ve dökme yük gemileri.
Her taramada gemiden şunları çıkarıyoruz:
- Anlık konum, hız ve rota
- Bildirilen varış limanı ve tahmini varış zamanı
- Gemi tipi, bayrağı ve IMO numarası
Neden değerli?
Denizcilikte fırsat penceresi kısadır. Bir gemi limana yanaşmadan önce kumanya, acente ya da bakım teklifinizi doğru kişiye ulaştırmanız gerekir. Birkaç saat geç kalmak işi kaybettirir. AIS taraması, o pencereyi henüz açıkken görmenizi sağlar.

What is AIS?
AIS (Automatic Identification System) is an international system in which vessels above a certain size continuously broadcast their position, speed, route and identity. These broadcasts are public maritime-traffic data; we collect them and turn them into something useful.
How we scan
We scan Turkish ports and their approach corridors within a 50 nautical-mile radius, every hour. We only care about commercial vessels — not fishing boats or service craft, but the cargo ships, tankers and bulk carriers that could be your customers.
From each scan we extract:
- Live position, speed and route
- Reported destination port and estimated time of arrival
- Vessel type, flag and IMO number
Why it matters
In maritime, the opportunity window is short. Before a vessel berths, you need to get your chandlery, agency or maintenance offer to the right person. Being a few hours late loses the deal. AIS scanning lets you see that window while it's still open.
Once we've found the position, we enrich the vessel with PSC inspection history, dry-dock schedule and verified manager contacts — but that's a topic for another post.
